  It has been assumed that Elizabeth is a sister of Robert, Ann, William, and Jane, simply on the basis of estimated age, location and surname. The marriage entry appears to have come from the Carlow register, as it is listed as appearing on p. 46 of Book 2, on the typed index given to me at the Carlow Heritage Centre in 1990. I have another Elizabeth Fishbourne who married in 1776, Thomas Farrell. The source is Marriage Licence Index for Dublin Diocese. Maybe the typed index is an error? This Elizabeth doesn't look like a daughter of William, who was only married in 1765, so maybe she was his sister and Thomas Delaney was really Thomas Farrell ???
